Welcome back to all American refinishing. In today's video, what I'd like to discuss is about the industry, about what people think of refinishing. In most cases, there's always that bad taste in your mouth because of companies that never honored the commitment of warranty, shabby work, inconsistency with the services and so forth. Well, let me tell you something that's not, that shouldn't be a reason for you not to do this. We've been in business 20 years, so we must be doing something right. The industry is as a whole, is very profitable. It's very service oriented and there are a lot of good people out there and we feel we're the leader of the pack when it comes to service and making sure that the customer gets what we promise. For example, you can buy an off-brand phone for $300. All you can buy an apple phone for $1,000. What are the difference? Well, that off-brand phone, when something goes wrong, chances are they won't give you the service. You won't be able to get a live operator. Nothing's going to happen. At the end of the day, you're going to have a phone that's not worth anything as opposed to buy an apple phone. They'll give you customer service, their honor, the warranty. They make sure that everything is working fine and at the end of the day you're going to be happy. You spend $1,000 well guess what? We're the apple of American refinishing. We will honor that commitment. You place a phone call, we will answer the phones and we will make sure that we correct the problem for you. So in short, keep in mind that the industry as a whole is doing well. Do your due diligence before you hire somebody to refinishing your bathtub or shower. Makes sure that these people are reputable.
